He has contributed to the budget implementation of public policies in the education and social development sectors at the federal level. He also has participated in institutional efforts to generate regulations regarding expenditure in Mexico.

 

Among these experiences, three stand out:

 

1. The formulation and implementation of the Federal Budget and Fiscal Responsibility Law (2006-2008);

2. The implementation of Results-Based Budgeting (2009-2012), and

3. Recently, was responsible for coordinating the team of analysts at the Unit for Coordination with Federal Entities of the SHCP, tasked with drafting the Financial Discipline Law of the Federal Entities and Municipalities (2016), and the derived regulations (2017).
