Advisor of the Federal Government in its role as an owner and board member. Implementation of new corporate structure and corporate governance practices.

Design amendments to transitory regime for the public sector social security system, aimed to provide further viability of such system.

In charge of monitor and legal control of the para-statal sector, including SOEs. Overseeing liquidation process of major SOEs.
